Do you sell packing supplies?
Yes, we offer all needed moving supplies. When you “Select Your Closet” the next prompt will be for the supplies you need to make it a seamless experience for you. Choose what you need and they will be added to your total at the bottom of the page.
Will you pack my boxes?
No, we don’t offer packing services. Please have all loose items packed and sealed before our company arrives. Our team will be coming to you to collect the sealed packed boxes, so please make sure all items are in those boxes.
What can I store?
Our size models show different sized boxes you can store in your unit and our different size boxes show just how creative you can get. We ask you to make sure none are perishable items and adhere to the rules and regulations of New Jersey. STORE WHAT FITS! If you have any questions about what could fit, feel free to reach out to our Storage Specialists.
Who is handling and delivering my belongings?
bluenow sends our employees that specialize in scanning, handling your cherished items and transporting them to and from your chosen storage location.
Will you wait while I pack my items?
We understand that life happens and sometimes you are not ready on time. The first thirty minutes of waiting will be free of charge then every thirty minutes will be an additional $25. Please remember, charges only occur if we are waiting around for you to finish packing.
Can I access my boxes?
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can call us directly to make a change to your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than a 24-hour notice will incur a $50 fee.
Do I have to make a long-term commitment?
There is a three-month minimum.
What happens if my payment is late?
Late payments will incur a charge of $25 for any calendar month in which the monthly charges are more than ten days late. Accounts that are three months past due are subject to a lien.
Are my stored items insured?
Yes, through your RoyalBlue Protection Plan. The plan will be added to your order. If choose to opt out of protection plan, you agree to be responsible for your items even after they leave your possession.
